Apple takes to the Court yet again!

Oh, Apple! When Will You Learn? | xda-developers

The big Apple is at it again. They enjoy suing mega-companies such as Amazon for copyright infringement of the App store name and now they're after Samsung. Currently Apple Inc. is upset with Samsung for infringing on intellectual property rights. They've left a number of sued companies in their wake (HTC, Nokia, and Google to name a few) and Samsung will hopefully come out on top. Their new Touchwiz UI is very similar to the OS running on Apple's beloved iPad, iPhone, and iPod. Check back later for an update on the matter.

For many of you in the business world or those who simply do love you Blackberry, you're probably quite familiar with the application Blackberry Messenger (BBM). The application assigns your phone a number and different users can hold conversations in a chat style format with up to 2000 characters per message.

For years it has been a big selling point for the mobile devices but recently rumor had it that the iOS as well as Android would have a working version to expand the market usage. Unfortunately for the iPhone lovers out there but this might be the first app your phone doesn't get. This is rare but a recent update stated that only Android users would have access to the program until a later date T.B.D.
